Honestly speaking I always had that perception that I knew much better English then the rest of the mass but after the very first day of the training, I came to know that English is a vast ocean and I knew only a drop of it. Today, I pronounce each word with full confidence and I am able to tell anyone that I am pronouncing the word is correct. When I was writing my B.Ed paper of teaching of English, every answer I was writing I was thanking Harish for those training sessions which really helped me in getting good marks.”

Dear Shemy, if your clients are Indians you can speak to them in regional language as doing a good job would any day matter more than speaking good English. And, if they are from a country where English is the first language, they would understand that you are not good with English and you can work around... ...more
Dear Shemy, if your clients are Indians you can speak to them in regional language as doing a good job would any day matter more than speaking good English. And, if they are from a country where English is the first language, they would understand that you are not good with English and you can work around a way to communicate. For example, Japanese are really good with robotics but even their keyboards are in Japanese and not English and no client in the world would dare to ask them to learn English first and than expect business. For English, learn it the natural way just like you learnt your mother tongue. Create an English environment around you with lots of English TV shows, English News (only BBC & CNN), English Movies (not dubbed) etc. All the best!

I know how to speak a little English but not very well. I make a lot of grammatical mistakes also. I am not understanding that how I can remove this as I want to crack all interviews and be a good speaker but my grammatical mistakes are giving a lot of problems. Please help me to improve this.

Dear Akash, the people conducting your interview were not born in US or UK, they too make grammatical errors, the only difference is that they are confident and comfortable with their English, hence, they are the one conducting interviews.
