Teaching Experience in detail in Class 9 Tuition

Teaching has been in my blood. I found my calling after successfully serving as a civil engineer in private firm. I've been coaching for more than eighteen years now. My teaching efforts are always tuned towards teaching the understanding part. I mean when I teach my student prepares for maths, for example. Then it must be maths and I do not wish to close the mind of the student to any part of maths. Alas, our modern system of education teaches the students to learn only parts and get marks. Therefore many students with much lesser knowledge than my students get very good marks too. Hence my strategy has changed to opening the mind of the student to, say, maths completely for the year (class 9 and 10 only). Then I ask them to look up the syllabus and hunt down and close the loopholes in their knowledge required of the class, Close their minds to all knowledge that is not required for that exam. I have been constantly learning the art of teaching. I know that my students require constant encouragement to succeed and that's what I intend to do with all my strength. I've been a very successful teacher if the achievements of my students are any criteria. I love to teach maths and physics. Have been teaching since almost twenty years with no breaks. I coach online and in my coaching centre. SAT students are welcome and I get a few students per year. My strength is in maths (quants). I teach this from the set of questionaire available with me. I've been a regular coach since year 2000 and before for GRE and the GMAT. I'm happiest while teaching.
