Buy a decent acoustic guitar that cost around 5k - 10k, and it will be easier to learn with a good guitar. If you are looking for a semi-acoustic guitar, it'll cost 2k - 4k more. Don't buy an expensive guitar when you start off, you need to learn how to do basic maintenance of the guitar, and it'll be much better if you practice it on a basic level guitar. I will not recommend guitars below 5k as playability and tone will be very poor. You can upgrade to a better guitar after a while.
