This is relatively easy.. 1. just have the letterhead in jpeg format saved on your drive. 2. Open a blank excel file. 3. Change the view of the sheet to "Page Layout" view from "Normal" view, as shown below. 4. Do all the "page layout" settings like Page size, margin, etc 5. Go to "Page Layout" and... ...more

6. Click on "Custom header"

7. Click on "Insert Picture" as shown below. Locate the file from your computer drive and click "ok". You should see "&[Picture]" in "left selection"

9. Now your letterhead will stay behind the cells of the spreadsheet and you can use them normally, while printing you get the letterhead and your contents as well printed !!

Hope this helps.

Thanks. I know I'm answering very old question, but came across similar question from one of my students, hence answering this here and sharing link with her.. m too lazy to answer everyone :)

In simple terms if asked, it is spread sheet software, where you can do calculations & maintain/organize/present/analyse your data in more simple and user defined ways. One of the very few software where there is no knowledge of computer programming language is required. Psst: It helps me make money and get satisfaction by sharing the tricks in Excel. :)

Steps: 1. Just set the size to A4 (or whichever size you want) 2. Insert the Letter Header (Logo & other company's info) & Footers as image/even type 'em. Additional Tips: You can link the body of the letter to any content which you actually needed to be printed on letter head!!
