Having spent years in the rat race, being an integral part of industry greats like Merittrac - Manipal Group, Allegis Inc., etc., developed competency in aptitude, personality, behavioral and psychological assessments.
When it came to a question of job, career or passion, passion took over and i became an entrepreneur. A thought struck when I started looking at success from a new perspective, which started with self evaluation to uncluttering to self motivation to success.
I now am the Founder and CEO for D Recruitment Company, industry leaders in training, assessment and recruiting and D-Technologies which is first of its kind in India into virtual surveillance.
As far as the credentials goes, I've done by best at mentoring some of the successful professionals starting from High School graduates to professionals with over 20 years of industry experience. My programme has helped them find success in their own right.
I strongly recommend that this understanding has to be provided to young minds as it has a better impact on directions. I therefore prefer working with participants who are young at age or heart.
I do not indulge in classroom sessions as I am an advocate of interpersonal contact which is often lost in groups. Therefore my mode of delivery will be only to individuals.
The programme typically starts with understanding the participant to identifying areas of concern to looking at alternate methods to implementation. My programme may vary between 5 to 10 hours with minimal use of technology.
