More the the words you may use in the conversation, which accounts for only 7 percent, your body language will take up a good 58 percent and the rest 35 percent will go for your tone or pitch of your voice ( voice modulation techniques) which of course can be learned in language and soft skills classes. So you see your words mean little here. When you speak to someone impress then with your body language, gestures, eye contact( but be careful not to over do), techniques like mirroring can go a long way in building up rapport with the person you are talking to. Being lively with a cheerful disposition and a positive attitude, you could strike the right chord with anyone. And if you can speak eloquently, with the proper pauses in between sentences (punctuating and enunciating them), speak slowly and audibly, use appropriate vocabulary, it is going to work wonders for you. More importantly do not speak about yourself or your achievements unless you are asked about it . Bragging or boasting about oneself can be counter productive in a conversation. Instead be a good listener and be more genuinely interested in the conversation. Once you master these conversation techniques you can get to be the cynosure of all eyes. Hope this helps.

Hi, You need to be trained by a good trainer which can help a lot ...you will be trained professionally and meticulously . But the trainer has to be good and he should be experienced. This will give you much better results. Every one needs to be trained and coached professionally at some point in their lives. Why do you suppose the new hires are trained for some time before they actually start doing the work. They have some sort of an orientation programme in the beginning . This is for the same reason. They are being taught professionalism not just in communication but also in a holistic blend of essential soft skills.

You need to practice frequently speaking English, learn new words and improve your vocabulary...I would also suggest reading papers and magazines to bring in this...Listening would also be a good exercise ...Nevertheless there would be no alternative to having the right exposure to the language...create a circle of friends who would be willing to speak in English with you ...Alternatively you could enroll for a communicative e English and personality development course which would surely help you .....Try and be confident and positive and adopt a a can do attitude..
