Overview

I have around 28 years of experience in teaching music. I have been part of prestigious institutions like Pallikoodam in Kerala and Christel House India in Bangalore, a school for underprivileged children.
Both these schools had Indian Music as a subject and I was responsible for teaching music right from Nursery to Class 12. My additional responsibilities included forming a choir, both junior and senior and making them perform for regular assemblies and special assemblies. I have taught my students songs in various languages like Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Sanskrit, Bengali and Kannada.
I have taught Veena, the instrument for 15 students at the same time in a group. I was also responsible for associating with the drama team when they put up dance and music dramas.

Post the pandemic, I have been actively taking online classes in music for various age groups.
