I also wear the management hat from time to time responsible for project delivery, managing offshore team, outsourcing and recruitment.
I have worked in the complete software development life cycle from requirements, modeling,design,development,testing,deployment and maintenance. I have created solutions from scratch for major MNCs across the globe. I have worked in 8 countries including USA,Canada,France,Singapore and other European and middle east countries.
