What is the ideal GMAT score that I should aim for to get into ISB Hyderabad?

7 of my students have studied in ISB. The lowest score is 670 and the highest is 770. So it does require a decent score. What is the difference between the GMAT Official Guide and GMAT Review?

GMAT official guide has a lot of questions from Math, Verbal, IR and Essay. GMAT Quant and Verbal review has a few additional questions that are not found in GMAT Official Guide.

How do I score 720+ in GMAT?

There is something called raw scores. One usually get anywhere between 9 and 51 in math and verbal. There is a matrix which converts this raw score into a score of 800. There is something called raw scores. One usually get anywhere between 9 and 51 in math and verbal. There is a matrix which converts this raw score into a score of 800. 

Raw scores of 50 and 35 will normally result in a score of 700. (give or take a few points). For most Indians, Math is easy to score than Verbal so they target 50 in math and 35+ in verbal. If one improved the score from 35 to 40 then one can dream of a score of in excess of 720. 

The trick is to get all the questions right in Math and get as many questions right as possible in Verbal.

Improving handwriting is difficult in a short span of time. One of the best things you can do is to write in print instead of running handwriting (joining the alphabets). So that anyone can read clearly.

It depends on where do you want to apply. If you are applying only to US, then TOEFL is better. If you are looking at UK, Australia, Newzealand etc, then IELTS is better.
