I am Kavitha, B.E.,M.B.A., i have started my career in an Intenational school as an Math-associate for IIT mathematics. Then I started teaching for icse students in the same school. I was conducting tuition at home while working in international school. Then worked in narayana e-Techno school teaching Jee-Mains and Jee-Advanced along with cbse mathematics.While teaching I always encourage students in a positive way, and encourage them to express their views and ideas also. I love to explain when students express their doubts, which tells me the ability,interest of the student. I love to teach geometry, Algebra and Applied mathematics. I have dealt with the different age groups from 5 yrs to 14 yrs, and from them learnt a lot. I analyse the student with my experience and find ways to deal with them especially who are naughty. I have always been very friendly with the students in teen age where they don't accept commanding. I always feel they know what to do but need some help to accomplish.
