Understand how that feels, was there myself at one point in time. Like Arvind has mentioned, its important to address the root cause of manifesting negative/harmful thoughts. I would suggest one-on-one sessions with a combination of hypnosis, NLP and EFT; and/or attending a workshop on NLP.

Hypnosis and hypnotism are essentially one and the same. Like someone pointed out - the difference between self-hypnosis and hypnosis is doing it on one self and doing it on others. Hypnosis and hypnotism are essentially one and the same. Like someone pointed out - the difference between self-hypnosis and hypnosis is doing it on one self and doing it on others. Hypnosis is ultimately is a tool/technique to be able to access your sub-conscious mind, while what one can achieve under hypnotic state is quite vast. But doing using self hypnosis has certain limitations which I would classify as technical. So depending on what is the reason you're exploring hypnosis one might be able to better guide to the result you're looking for by using this technique.

How many levels are there to the Reiki training and how long does the entire training take?

There are 5 levels- 1,2,3A, 3B & Grand Master level.. 3B is the master level after which you can attune others. Min three 21 day cycles to be completed after Level 2 before level 3A, a minimum of 8months to 1yr to be completed since level 1 attunement for 3B.
