I have retired after some 37 years in corporate management teams. I have a degree in Mechanical Engg from IIT-Kharagpur and MBA from IIM-B. My work experience has been mainly in automotive spare parts and logistics. The last 5 years of my work life had been in an altogether different area wherein I had opportunities to interact with various universities and colleges across all levels from the Head to the students.
