IdentityTeaching a student is like nourishing a plant. As different plants grows at different rates, so does the students. I personally don't force students to memorize a particular topic or laws, instead I make them understand by giving real life examples.
This approach will help students to not only understand the concept but will also help them to recall it back in case they forget, since it has been explained with real life example which are easy to recall.
On the other hand I even train them by constantly providing them with test series on a regular basis to make sure they are ready for any tests of any difficulty levels.
And lastly I even update my students with latest scientific research and discoveries happening around the worlds to spark their desire to pursue physics not as subject but like a hobby. If student shows some level of curiosity I gladly explain them the complicated theories like string theory, loop quantum gravity, general relativity etc. In a very simple language which is very easy to understand.
