Hi there. I began with briefing through simple examples of how we can bring six sigma capability in each and every day activities. It help people to connect to the topic. Then I explain them what is define phase, things covered into it are who are customers external and internal customers. From there how to collect data and how to covert customers voice into our data. Develop team charter and define the process map. Measure phase starts with coverting improvement opportunities into project CTQ. Defining performance standards, validate the measure systems and establish process capability of your system. Analysis phase starts with defining project objectives and using various tools like minitab and excel to drill down and do analysis. Understanding what factors make a difference. Then in improve phase we discover the relationship between various variables on our output quality and generate solutions and establish operating tolerances too. In the last control phase we start with determining the new process capability and implement process control to sustain those improvements for longer duration and finally closing the project with presentation to management and their approval.
