Dear Jessy,
I would suggest to follow the following set of rules, if you want good control over english.
1. Think in English - whatever the situation is, try to think in english except your mother tongue.
2. If you have siblings try to talk to them in english.
3. Don't bother about making mistakes while speaking, just through your words out.
4. Try learning 4 to 5 new words per day, use dictionary to get help.
Try it out, this might help you a lot.
