Experience in School or College
I started as lecturer at ks institute of technology, and after getting mtech degree I now have 15 years teaching experience. My education has left me thirsty. It's the colleges and universities that are milking the teachers and students alike and their parents hard earned money should not go waste. I have been avoiding teaching at colleges and believe that college education has lost relevance. Skills can and should be purchased. Four years at colleges is insufficient and students barely scratch the surface when technology field is so deep. The last year goes waste in search of jobs and in learning dry and boring theoretical subjects that no teacher can do justice with(I have been exceptionally blessed to have got opportunity to teach more of them).

Teaching Experience in detail in BTech Tuition
At ks institute of technology it was the winter of 2001, I came there after resigning from graduate engineering trainee position from a company which was into MAD(mobileappdev), I felt my 4 years of education at mit Manipal had not prepared me adequately for the job I was expected to carry forward. I had a goal of going back to industry adequately prepared. My teaching assignments never let me work on things that mattered. I did get to teach unix system programming, data compression, system simulation and modeling, computer graphics and visualization. The world and industry kept changing fast and I became so irrelevant that nothing would get me back in the reckoning. My colleagues were tight lipped. They knew which subjects get people jobs and wouldn't let me know them or handle them. They weren't even proficient in English. Which explained why they wanted to keep me from progressing. So all those years of experience you find in my profile were pretty much a waste from career point. See if you have to work on a project worthy of your precious time you should explore more. Be open to everything. Then I joined christ university which for the first time didn't have scheming colleagues. I learnt what I lacked, 27 months there and I felt I had got sufficient experience teaching(loathing) and needed to get back to work. I now have 5 years of solid industry experience. Coming back to teaching doesn't really make sense. I am working on teaching career SBS. Im part time teacher.

"Initially, I was not good at computers at all, and because of this my computer marks used to be incredibly low which brought my overall percentage down. Sir used to revise the portions and then teach me programming with the utmost efficiency. Eventually, because of sir, I was able to grasp the concepts of programming and program problems with ease. "

"First time I met Mukesh Sir, was during my BTech. He was my Graphics Class Professor, we shared the love for OpenGL game development. He has been an awesome mentor of mine since then, he is open to discussions, new ideas and always keeps learning and growing with the trend. He was the coolest of all the professors that I met in college. An awesome caring guy and an equally skilled, experienced worker and programmer. "

Hi Sid, We both knew our shortcomings. We both knew that we were learning and trying to get there. State of the art and trying to catch up with it is so tough with the curriculum and huge number of students professors have to guide. Your insights on programming(C++) and help in use of TeamViewer, your extra effort in writing a post in my blog, response to my SOS messages, sharing your views on graphics... they are very much appreciated. Only one grouse I have about my stint at christ university was about the online attendance. We teachers are expected to have a fast mobile, not carry any register, VC gets a hourly report of attendance were all OK but I felt teachers were short changed. So I am now going homes taking tuition. Kids cannot run away from classes and I would know from their actions what feedback they intend to convey or whether they really like my teaching methods.
