Interesting question I will say. It is not easy to tell you in sequence but I can tell you list of habit which you can bring in to you to have amazing personality and public speaking: 1. Whomever you meet see or talk, you ensure you always speak positive words for them. Something good atleast. It will create an environment around you where you can grow faster. I am sure many of you won't see the logic. The point is when you praise someone, you send a message to yourself about positivity and that does the magic. The more generous your praise will be the more faster your growth will be. 2. Whatever you have to do, think whether it will be good for you or not. If yes then see the best option. If you get any kind of fear doing it. Fear is not limited to getting physically hurt but also about shame, jealous or something emotional. 3. Dress nicely all the time. 4. If you are boy, you must have a female friend. You don't have to be romatic with her. It does magic for many male. Viceversa for woman. 5. Get a coach for you who can monitor your growth. This is absolutely needed if you are serious.

I guess the best way to be master in any thing is to jump into it directly with the believe that whatever will happen I can handle it. you learn unknown most of the time and thats good for you. may be you get a girl friend, may be you get a new boy friend during fest. may be you need to lead in the event, may be you will be ground support, may be you are anchor. don't focus on role, just focus on your participation and commitment., the more involve you will be the more you will learn. and most important just celebrate whatever you do. keep praising others and someday they wil praise you. praising doesn;t cost you money.

My opinion is to have good personality development, you must join a coach who can develop this in you. self development of personality iflittle tricky, it does come yourself. I have reason to say that. think you are in office, you have cerntain feeling, should I talk to other person. Yesterday he saw me near him but did not call me or say hi. then you will have feeling like, i did so much of hard work but i am not getting promotion. frankly you need to be under coach you serious about it. I wil say in one word, investment in personality development is best invest,ment.

If you see personality development doesn't happen on its own. You will be needed a coach for it. Self learning limits your growth. Generally it is very slow as compare with a coach monitored growth. For girls or woman they must be monitored by a professional coach for smart growth. You may look at best players in the world, they have a dedicated coach for them. Then keep them till they play professionally.

It is really unfair to divide such a vast subject into 4 or 5 category. In general people who think personality development courses are like teaching something, generally they divide it. I think people must understand that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to personality development. People who are planning to join personality development please stay away from trainer who has ready made solution which they think will fit all. There are many people from different financial, demographic, cultural or others back ground. They may have suffered something seriously bad in their life. The most important I think is the family upbringing. I think each and each student need customized solution to their problem. So student. Focus on return not on investment. It should not happy that you deserve 1000 but willing to be okeyed with 50 as you think 10 investment is good enough.
