Overview

I am here to share my fifteen-year experience in personal fitness. I am proud to hold certifications from renowned institutions such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I have completed the NASM-certified personal fitness course and obtained certifications from ISSA for personal fitness training and strength and conditioning specialisation. I take pride in my achievements as a state-level MMA winner in Kannur in 2017.
My journey into the fitness world began during my childhood when I aspired to join the Air Force. Motivated by this goal, I delved into the realm of fitness by immersing myself in books and gaining knowledge about various training methods. To further enhance my skills, I even pursued martial arts and karate. Eventually, my passion for fitness led me to become a personal trainer.
I started working as a part-time gym trainer in 2008 during my second year of college. For three years, I dedicated myself to training individuals in my home country and abroad. In 2014, I transitioned into providing personal training services at clients' homes, clubhouses, and even in my private gym. Over the years, I have had the privilege of training more than 400 individuals.
As a personal fitness trainer, I specialise in various areas, including online and offline weight loss, bodybuilding, and athletic training. I offer one-hour practical sessions tailored to each client's specific needs. While providing nutritional advice and suggestions, I always encourage clients to consult with a nutritionist for comprehensive guidance.
My expertise extends beyond training sessions as well. With my extensive knowledge and experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. I strive to provide personalised online and offline training through one-on-one live sessions. My ultimate aim is to guide clients towards a healthier lifestyle, combining the right exercises with proper nutrition.

You can start the gym once you reach 21 years. As a fresher, start following three days of weight training and three days of cardio, follow the proper nutrition calculate your calorie requirement for your lean bodymass and then try to make a calorie defict of 20% from the diet.

Any one can do abs crunches male or female. It doesnt matter for the beginners it is advisable to do 3 sts of 20 reps. 3 days in a week.
