Well I think all the boards focus on cramming rather than understanding and giving practical knowledge. students are classified to be intelligent. If the score marks by writing crammed answer even if they do not understand a word from that. if you compare the 2 boards, i will say icse is better because i am teaching students of both the boards, cbse is teaching many wrong things. for example: they are teaching sin rises in the east but icse explains why sun appears to be rising in the east.
