IdentityI am a consultant, trainer and coach with specialization in psychometric assessment since 2003. Prior to that I was a fighter pilot, trainer and in-charge of pilot selection in the Air Force.

I help people in getting certified in psychometric tools from British Psychological Society and use over 50 tools from global publishers for unleashing human potential.These tools are used for career counselling, corporate hiring, talent development and management, team building, executive coaching and outplacement services. I train career counsellors.
5. I am Guinness World Holder in Fire walking on 15th Feb 2017 in Mumbai with 6 others. I help people discover their power to take any action using Fire walk, glass walk, arrow breaking, tile breaking, board breaking, iron rod bending etc
