"I took on the online transformation challenge to get a kick start on my fitness journey. The challenge was to be consistent and stick to workout every day. Pradeesh definitely made it worthwhile to stick around. The exercises were fun and were not monotonous. He kept up the enthusiasm in the group. He also gave support , both in terms of encouragement and knowledge while having issues with any specific exercises. Overall, a great trainer to work with! "

"Classes are on time, the intensity of exercises is gradually progressed, there will be change of exercise pattern and routines biweekly. For a beginner like me, I found the trainer to be kind and non judgmental, helped me to work a lot. My gain was the flexibility achieved and the rest follows. Trainer repeats it's your mind that limits, and I agree solely to that. I would highly recommend this classes. "
