After completing my masters I got into the teaching profession as English lecturer. After 7 months I gone for B.Ed. I am a passionate lover of English. I love to teach literature as well as grammar. The teaching strategies I adopt are students centred. According to my belief teaching should be tripolar that too activity based. So that we can hold the attention of students for more time. I am very fond of teaching to the slow learners or weak students as it is a challenge infront of us to make them strong.
