I had worked as tutor at Malabar Institute of Optometry for BSc Optometry students from 2017 to 2021. I had conducted classes on both offline and online mode. It is always a great experience to share knowledge and i usually include interactive sessions and practical demo using charts and other similar modes. Any doubts regarding the subject matter will be discussed with examples and explanations in the same sessions at the end as well as in-between the session. Students are free to express difficult thoughts and questions in concern regarding Subject details. I usually prefer to conduct a post evaluation test or quiz on completion of every topics as well as at the end of the chapter on a regular basis so that the areas of doubts can be cleared up. I always prefer one to one discussion and daily assignments for proper subject clarity. Using mnemonics is common in most of the topics help my students to retrieve their subject matter with ease.
