II am Serena, an Italian native speaker currently living in Bangalore, India. Passionate about languages, I am fluent in English, French and Spanish, and able to communicate also in Hindi and Tamil.

I'm offering Italian classes to students of every level, from beginners to advanced, to individuals or groups.
I am an articulate and flexible teacher with international experience, able to create an inspirational learning environment.

Understanding students' need is a priority. Accordingly, I will tailor the class by focusing on the required aspects of the language (grammatical / spoken / written).

I alternate different teaching methods to keep the lesson interesting and alive. I normally finish the lesson simulating real life situations/business conversation to boost communication skills and build the studentâ??s confidence in speaking the language.

I also like to introduce students to the way Italian is spoken (intonation and rhythm / non verbal aspects / accents), which is key to get into the flow!

If students are interested, I share knowledge of Italian culture through analysis of language usage in social medias / songs / articles.
