It depends on your interest and ability.
If you are interested in Programming, then go for languages and framework of Python, Java etc.
For web development go for PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX etc.
Apart from that, I will advise you to go for some Big Data, Cloud, AI and Machine Learning courses.
If you are eager to work and want an easy step into any company in a short time, learn Testing with basic automation knowledge. Once you board in a company, you get fair expertise and then you can make a proper decision for selecting the field you want to build your career.

1. Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development models can be a great help for you in a career as a software tester.
2. Good Analytical and Communication skills are required to be a useful QA.
3. Basic knowledge of Database/SQL, programming languages operating systems like windows, Linux, etc..
4. Knowledge in Test Management and Defect Tracking tool is an essential aspect of Software testing. Gaining some understanding of several tools for Test case and defects management, including QC, Bugzilla, Jira, etc.
5. Try to learn at least one core programming language with a related Automation tool like Basic understanding of OOPs and java will help you a great deal of learning Selenium.
