"The teaching and the notes sudata ma'am gave us students was very concise. Ma'am taught us very well and we attained a broader understanding of the topic being dealt with. Ma'am is also very punctual and completed the syllabus well beforehand which gave us enough time to prepare and revise. Her revision and tests were also very helpful and were a major part of me doing well in my chemistry board exams. "

"Both my children attended her classes across 10th-12th standards, and she is an absolutely wonderful teacher. She explains concepts tirelessly, providing the students with notes of her teachings which often prove more valuable than textbooks. She offers several practice tests of varying difficulties. She has years of experience handling students of varying temperaments. But most importantly, she actually made my daughter fall in love with Chemistry, and that’s quite a feat! "

"Method of teaching was very organised, and my preparation for CBSE 12th Board exams were very thorough while learning under Mrs Sudata J. She motivated me through my difficulties in 12th and made sure that I clearly understood all my concepts. Thanks to Ma'am, I cleared 12th grade Chemistry with a great score! "
Deepta
"I was able to understand concepts clearly and get my doubts clarified no matter how small. Was very helpfull ma'am. "

A kernel refers to an atom's nucleus and inner electrons (excluding the valence shell) and carries a positive charge.
In metallic bonding, the orbital of the valence shell overlaps with the orbital of another atom creating molecular orbitals. Many such orbitals are formed, and the valence electrons move freely through these creating the SEA OF ELECTRONS.
The electrons are not fixed to an atom but are still present. They have not been given away.
In a Cation, the valence electrons are lost/given away to complete octet/duplet.

A covalent bond is formed by sharing electrons between atoms to complete octet/duplet.
Two shared electrons indicate a SINGLE BOND. When a covalent bond is formed, the shared electrons are under the influence of the nuclei of both atoms. It leads to lowering of energy, leading to stability.
Carbon has four valence electrons, and neither loss nor gain of these is feasible due to high energy requirements.
Hence it seeks to complete its octet through sharing of electrons and forms covalent bonds.
