Delivering the training; evaluate the training program to ensure participant satisfaction and learning

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a proficiency of dealing with internal & external clients/students and maintaining efficient business terms with them
Train the Trainer(TTT) and Leadership Development – Behavioural training
Ability to identify language gaps in both spoken and written communication and suggest /implement the suitable development plan to bridge the gap
Design and implement language skill modules ( grammar, pronunciation and soft skills) for new hires
Create and maintain competency based suit of modules as well as ensure regular upkeep of the content
Identify a regular monitoring process to check the effectiveness of the training intervention in context to grammar, language correction, response modification
Deliver a blended learning and innovative training delivery methods for new hires, new skills, conduct refresher training necessary to improve language and soft skill domain
To facilitate learning in classroom and presenting material in way that is optimal for target skill to be transferred
