I am an ex-army officer, with stints in various MNCs at senior positions, mostly in the role of People Management.
My own parenting journey has enabled me to develop my skills and I have complete confidence that my approach to effective parenting would work for all parents who would want to raise their children better. I would offer an alternative perspective about family dynamics, provide strategies to shift behavior, and help you achieve your parenting goals.
