IdentityI learnt to cook out of curiosity but it soon became a passion. In the past I have taught it to soon to be married girls, my neighbours, relatives and my own kids. In terms of professional experience, this is a small step which I had been postponing due to certain responsibilities.
I feel cooking is not always about the number ingredients but it is about the understanding of which flavours work best together and minimizing the ingredients to make the food taste brilliant.
Cooking is the way to show people around you, your love and care. It could be as simple as mom's khichadi or as fancy as a three course meal for family friends. You can learn it out of necessity or out of curiosity, either way one can find it extremely therapeutic.
