Ma'am, you'll get the syllabus from official sites or download it from various websites. In my opinion, you should start with a chapter in which you're confident start from a basic approach so the student can make a comfort zone with you as we all know that comfort zone between student and teacher is very important.

So when I was a kid, I wouldn't say I liked Mathematics because all the person surrounded me told me that it's a tough subject and I can't do maths. But my father told me and supported me because I got failed in class 7th. My parents motivated me and see I teach maths now. So motivate your kid. Give her tips and small tricks that you used in your childhood. She will cope up with time. She has just started maybe this seems complicated but trust me it is not.
