I have worked in private playschool for 5 months, and its quiet a great expereince. My opinions are that if we focus on the pattern of studies that is how they read and not on what they learn and how many hours it take we can teach,teach them exactly how they can learn not only formulas and questiin rather,the complete practical implementation, also age period of class 1 to 5 is the basic core foundation period for any student we can teach them how they can actually be related with there studies and sceince in every day to day life work,this will increase there intrest and will take less time to learn and implement anything ,its better not to memorise anything in sceince, rest of saved can be used in other memorising subjects like social sceince etc.
