Every session makes me feel even more confident and beautiful. All the trainers are an epitome of benevolence and expertise. You definitely won't leave without being super sweaty, but it's a blast! All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The dances they taught us were really fun, and not too challenging for even the worst of dancers. "
