You must try watching news channels such as BBC,TimesNow and many other to get used to the content. Of course it would be difficult in the first instance to get used to the accent. But then try this method and slowly your verbal skills would get a shape and also try to speak in English with your colleagues or friends and initially would be difficult but would certainly see a change. For written communication you need to practise writing. Try to write articles and submit it online either in blog or to any content websites. All the best.

Now getting a desired job may not be possible for everyone to achieve. But then you keep updating your skills and grasp any opportunity that might come in your way and move up in the career ladder. I learned many things in my career spanning more than ten years of professional only by taking up the opportunity that came in my way and learned many things in life.

To become an Entrepreneur, you don't need any qualification. You need to see any potential problem to solve it using your knowledge and then venture on to it. Indeed, the knowledge which you have gained through an MBA would be valuable, but still, the experience is the best teacher. Venture on your dreams and see that you are guided by a proper person to be successful in your vision. As said by Steve Jobs - Stay hungry and stay foolish. Best of luck
