"It's been over 2 months since my first class with LDA and it's never boring & always fun. Needless to say, I'm a fan of LDA now. Honestly haven't found a Zumba workout like yours. Absolutely an awesome 1 hour of heart pumping cardio, energy filled dance fitness class. Instructors(Leo and Bonney) will get yo there on an amazing, spectacular journey that will change ur mental and physical fitness in the most incredible way "
