I am specialized in freestyle strength and conditioning. I had been involved in training and coaching for more than 12 years with the intention of changing people's lives for wellness. Academically, I am holding Masters degree in physical education, Yoga, Fitness Management and Massage therapy. I was an decathlon athlete, handball player, and martial artist practitioner. A credible coach, who has trained different age groups from 8 years to 80 years, My goal follows the idea of helping people improve their overall health through physical activity and exercise. I helped many clients recover from the sport and work-related injuries, chronic shoulder pain, knee pain, lower back pain, and other flexibility and mobility issues. A big sports enthusiast and a foodie, I love eating out trying different cuisines and spending time with his kids.
