I also learnt Catnatic Guitar, and then Mandolin under Sri.Mandolin U Srinivas. I have been performing Instrumental Fusion Music Concerts for around 22 years., and also teaching Music in person and online more more than 20 years. I focus on every individual student and bringing the student to a decent level in music. How long will it take to learn classical music and start doing little performances on stage?

It will take at least 5 - 6 years for performing individual performances... but if you want to do in a group, it should be possible within 2 - 3 years..

I am in my late thirties. But I want to learn guitar very much. How long it will take for me to learn?

You can learn the fingering in less than a year.. but if you want to play fluently, you need a minimum of 3 - 5 years of practice, depending on how many hours you spend for practice every day.

Learn and practice chromatic fingering before you actually start playing chords..then your chords learning will become easy...

I couldn,t able to find any student and was not able to start class.why?

If you want to conduct classes in your place, you can issue phamplets in Schools/parks near you place, circulate notice in your area, put a advt board on your door, and in a prominent place, perform some concerts in your area temples...then you can pick up some students..
