Dear Rajendra,
Firstly, to improve your pronounciation you can use online dictionary (Oxford or Cambridge) and search for the word you want to learn and listen to the word repeatedly and keep practicing it until you feel comfortable saying the work fluently. Also make sure you learn the meaning for the word and its usage in a sentence. You can even use your smart phone and practice it as and when you find time.
To improve you spoken English, you can start using the words you learnt in your daily conversation. But I suggest you find a tutor and learn the basic of English which will help you more with your self learning later. You can reach out to us to learn basic English on phone or online.
Good Luck! I am sure you with determination you will learn soon and start speaking English fluently.

Dear Devbrat, I suggest you first change your mindset and understand it is just a language and you can learn any language if you have a passion towards that language. Begin with learning the basics of the language(English) first, not worrying about the grammar. Be bold to speak what you know and a keen interest to learn gradually to reach the perfection.
Dont hesitate to speak what you know because speaking broken English means your are learning a second language. This attitute will help you learn.
