If you have an old silk fabric, pattu saree or pattu pavadais that are unused /damaged, you can reuse them by creating beautiful cushions, bags, pouch or saree bag or any other usable form. This wasy you will be able to treasure your gifts.
If you are unable to thread needle, place a white piece of cloth just below the needle. This will help you to see the hole easily while threading.
After oiling the machine run a piece of scrap fabric so that it pick's up any leftover oil.
