Also possess some management leadership program certifications in hand. I have joined ThinkVidya.com as an individual tutor to share and coach on some of the soft skills like Communication, motivation, mental attitude, analytical skills etc that I learnt to identify and understand myself. I have done soft skill coaching to some of the students as well.
