1. Understand the students need.
2. Give them worked out plan/ framework for their need.
3. Guide them to understand each topic in depth from basics.
4. Teaching shortcuts to remember concepts using real time/interesting examples.
5. Analysing their understanding with 3 levels of question.
6. Repeat untill required outcome is achieved.
