Owner of fitness center - Ufit International Pvt Ltd Jan 2013 - Current Established Ufit Gym in conjunction with business partner with budding concept of Crossfit Training. The footfall p.m is close to 100-200 clients. Asses fitness levels & help clients implement a fitness regime, healthy diet & regular schedule to safely achieve their personal goals. I have coached close to 10-20 clients personally in my career. Also appeared as Fitness expert in National TV, I can guarantee to provide you the best experience in achieving your perfect physique, stamina and lifestyle • Expanded within 2 years. Inaugurated bigger Gym to accommodate increasing clientle. • 7 Fitness trainers are employed under my supervision. I enhance their skills & train them with latest trends on regular basis. • I carry out Personal coaching, Group Classes, Crossfit sessions, weight training, Aerobics & Zumba classes. • Manage business decisions including accounting, marketing, hiring, research & advertising. • Ufit is represented in many State level events : 1) NCR Devil Circuit 2) Rahagiri day 3) Fitness Giri - a 5KM Run of Ufit Clients to promote heart care
