With the passage of time, teaching became my hobby and later on a profession. i believe in the principle that a teacher is a friend, philosopher and guide. Although it is less cumbersome to teach the adult but more or less students are basically learners irrespective of the age group and accordingly a teacher has to teach. To ignite the mind depending upon his nature and pace of learning is one of the methods I adopt while imparting education. Erudition is not less important than scoring excellent marks in an examination and at the end of the day what matters most is the satisfaction. Counselling is also an integral part of teaching as it works as succor in the time of distress.

..Language is a means of communication. It has to be practiced. Grammar is in the core of a language whether speaking or writing. I Have been teaching learners for the last many years and experienced that grasping the gist of the subject is very important. Even if one learns how to communicate in a language, one cannot and should not divorce the grammar. Once you practice something, it becomes your habit and after sometime it become very difficult to get rid of the habit that you have developed by dint of hard work. So better to be alert from the beginning. One cannot say that he has achieved the ultimate satisfaction but yes, I do get satisfaction after teaching learners when they achieve their cherished goals. In my view, face to face teaching is the best mode of teaching whether in group or individual. There cannot be a substitute to a good teacher.
