Identity1. Lead, instruct and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including Cardio-vascular exercise, strength training and stretching.
2. Help the clients and students accomplish this connection by leading them through a class or session comprised of physical exercises, breathing work and mental focus through yoga.
