My passion lies in helping people lead healthy and active lifestyles. With nine years of experience in the fitness industry, I am dedicated to imparting knowledge and guidance to individuals seeking improvements in general fitness, weight loss, bodybuilding, athletic training, and yoga.

Professional Experience:
My fitness journey began at Good Self Gym near Munirka, where I honed my skills. Subsequently, I spent two years at Invita Gym, gaining valuable experience. Currently, I am an individual trainer, providing personalized one-on-one sessions to clients.

Achievements:
I take pride in my achievements, including participating in national-level weightlifting in 2012, where I secured the 4th position, and in 2013, showcasing my skills in bodybuilding and weight loss.

Training Approach:
My training approach is holistic, addressing not only physical fitness but also mental well-being. I offer online and offline sessions ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour, accommodating both individual and group settings.
