IdentityI have been teaching German for the past two years. I graduated with a BA degree and also held a Diploma in German. My students consistently scored between 80 and 90, and I am very proud of their achievements.
Many of my friends are in the teaching field, and I have always admired their passion for teaching. So, I followed in their footsteps and started teaching German as a home tutor. During my teaching career, I have taught students from grades six to twelfth, and I have also conducted online classes for students who live far away from my home. I specialise in teaching German A1 and B2 levels. I run my online courses for an hour each day, and I follow a syllabus and lesson plan designed to help students learn German effectively. My teaching approach is student-centred, and I strive to ensure that each student understands our topics.
To make my classes more interactive, I use various teaching aids such as PPT presentations, notes, worksheets, and exercises. These materials are designed to cater to the different learning styles of my students. For instance, visual learners find my PPT presentations helpful, while those who prefer reading and writing appreciate my notes and worksheets. As a teacher, I aim to create a comfortable and positive learning environment that promotes growth and development. I understand that learning a new language can be challenging, but I try to make it fun and engaging for my students. I encourage them to participate actively in class, ask questions, and give feedback.
