How to overcome interview fear I get tensed and nervous in interview and start stammering?

It is absolutely obvious and natural to feel nervous. The good thing about being nervous is that it is reflecting the fact that you are in with the situation . This happens to be best of the best people when they go for an interview where in the Job means something to them . A few things one needs... ...more
It is absolutely obvious and natural to feel nervous. The good thing about being nervous is that it is reflecting the fact that you are in with the situation . This happens to be best of the best people when they go for an interview where in the Job means something to them . A few things one needs to do to over come this is . 1. Breath slowly in and out and keep in mind the words "I AM THE BEST " and similar positive statements.(do this before entering the cabin or facing the person ) 2. Make eye contact while speaking and speak slowly (Not slowly enough to make a person loose intrest in you ) however you need to focus on what you are saying try listening to what you are saying . 3. IF need be , tell the interviewer that you are a bit nervous and would like to have a glass of water ( THis is a good ice breaker ) . Believe me post this all will go well . And last is , keep a smile on your face. ....it will work wonders 2.
