Is it best doing CA after completing b.com...?

I started doing my CA after completion of my B.COM(H) degree, but I suggest students that they should start doing this course along with graduation only. Once you become a CA, everyone forgets your graduation degree, and it is just added in your resume.

How to improve my speaking skills?

I would suggest you to start reading english books(novels, etc) and watch english web series. It is really helpul. I would also suggest to get the meaning of new words that you come to know while reading. You can also read english news paper in fornt of mirror.
