To develop a skill one must have-
a. Will - to learn and be good at it
b. Dedicated time - one must have a dedicated time slot every day to learn and improve that craft
c. Practice - As much as one can. Practising a craft can be slow, but it must be steady.
And most importantly, if one thinks he/she is good at any skill, they must share it with those interested. It will make your expertise more refined and error-free.
