Which is the best course after MBA ? 

Based on your career interests, one has to go. But a lot of people don't know about where we have to go ahead. So I advise you to go for Digital Marketing from where you can do a job and freelancing projects also. And in the future, if you want to have your own business, then you can do that also.

I want to learn Python but I dont know which tool is better for the future? and i want to get a job in less time. I am a fresher, 2017 passed out.

Just go with the automation testing with Python if you want to get a job in less time. Most of the people suggest machine learning. But yes, the reality is that machine learning is the future, and we need to also think of what is present.

which is better between Python and Java?

If you want to anaylse the data, then go for Python. But if you want to develop robust applications, then go for Java.
