I am an internationally certified personal trainer, sports nutritionists and Kettelbell level 1 certified. Being a fitness trainer I help my clients with scientific approach to achieve fitness in true sense of the term. Not just esthetics, that will happen by default, well i make my clients more functional that they become better at performing their daily activities. I make my clients stronger not just inside the four walls but outside as well. I am very much aware of that fitness is not about one thing well it comprises five components- my exercise scheduling will target all the components that my clients are equipped with good cardio respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, musculoskeletal strength, flexibility and ideal body composition. I am very strict to the form and technique that gives the maximum biomechanical advantage.....
